Shipping
- Where we ship: Australia-wide.
- Dispatch location: Melbourne, Victoria.

Shipping cost:
- Orders $99 AUD+ → Free shipping
- Orders under $99 AUD → Flat rate $10
- Processing time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
- Delivery time: Typically 2–6 business days depending on your location (regional/remote areas may take longer).
- Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchange
We want you to love your matcha, but please note:
- We currently do not offer free returns or change-of-mind returns.
- If you’re unsure which product is right for you, contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to advise.

Damage & Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@matchaumi.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Please include:
- Details of the issue
- A photo of the shipping box with the shipping label visible
- A photo of the internal packaging (e.g., wrapping or protective material)
Note: If an item is damaged due to misuse or not following storage/care instructions, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We’ll keep you informed at each step to ensure a smooth resolution.
